This is the first sunflower of the season. I didn't plant this, it popped up randomly from last years crop.It has some kind of fungi on it. not quite sure what it is. This guy is right out my window from where my computer is.

Today it is raining. such a change from 100 degree weather. It was 55 degrees when i was in the car last. time to turn on the fireplace. burr. OK, i have not one comment. maybe this will be a journal for my great, great, great grandchildren to read. and then they can know why they turned out the way they did. hmm.
