Empty Bowls- Idaho Foodbank

Today we went to downtown Boise for a fundraiser called Empty Bowls. It is a fundraiser for the Idaho foodbank..It`s a clever fundraiser I thought, and apparently there alot of cities participate nationwide. For ten dollars you pick out a bowl, handmade or painted by volunteers in exchange for a bowl of soup, and some bread. Below are the bowls that we picked out. Doe and I got the cute little dog bowls, Ben picked out the crab bowl, and Mike picked out the santa bowl. It was freezing cold though. We didn`t dress as warm as I would have liked, but I think we got the best bowls there!!

This is a wonderful fundraising idea - our town does the same thing :-} Your bowls are adorable - the little dog faces are so cute with the floppy ears :-}
I also loved your "cranberry sauce bowl" - hope you had a nice Thanksgiving!
