Pumpkin Muffins

Hello..here is my Pumpkin recipe. I made it two times this week already. It makes for a large batch. Enjoy! I sure did..
Pumpkin Muffins1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cups water
3 cups with sugar
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 tespoon salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/4 t ginger
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 degrees C)Grease two large muffin pans 24 totalIn large bowl mix the first five ingredients together, then add all of the dry ingredients Bake for 18-20 minutes..Enjoy..

I love a pumpkin muffin!!! It's always a crime when a raisin or nut is added to muck up a good pumpkin muffin, glad to see yours are the way I like them!

Sounds soooo yummy!! I love anything with pumpkin! I have even heard of pumpkin soup...I may have to try that too :o) Hope you are doing great!
