Let's make a Apple Centerpiece..

Get yourself a bowl and some oasis, I wet mine first. You can use any apples, I use crab apples . I have used large apples and they work just as well..Then I just use some skewers from the grocery store, and I cut them in thirds.
It is important to put the apple as close to the oasis as possible. Almost touching it..
Then I just start with a line going across and fill them in.
Next, get some green moss. I dont have any to show you, but it is on my list!It is too hard to hide the oasis, so i just fill it with some nice green moss, or the gray moss will work as well. These last a good three to six weeks.. Hope you liked it!

Thank you for the tutorial!!! Do these arrangements keep outside? I was thinking of using our two urns that flank our door.

The apple thing is fun! I think I can do that. I enjoy your art, plus all the flowers. I miss flowers. We don't have flower beds yet, and I so miss having color. But I see it on your blog. Going to add you to my blog list, OK? thanks, PJ

OH I love your apple centerpiece! And that small yellow bowl/vase is darling. I stopped over to your etsy shop to see if you might have a yellow but I'll just have to check back later! =) Blessings... Polly (p.s. I was wondering if you might like to show us some of your work in the Spring issue of Porch Magazine. If so, email me and I'll give you some more information. countingyourblessings@gmail.com)
